They'll announce it's a direct sequel to the 98 Dean/Emmerich movie.

I'm joking.

So he was at Toho? Maybe they'll announce that Godzilla will be fighting one of his classic foes.

I still dont want there to be another monster to fight in the first damn movie. G:KOTM and G84 both just had Godzilla and theyre two of the best ones ever made.

Godzilla is interesting enough to support a movie on his own.

Personally, I wouldn't mind if they did something like how they introduced Orga. Keep the focus mostly on Godzilla, but then for a surprise, throw in another beast that poses a larger threat on people towards the end for Godzilla to fight. Not making him a hero but proving his usefulness.

Yeah, that was the assumption. Makes perfect sense and will hopefully this will make up for
last year's CC absence of any Legendary G-news.

My goodness it's been a long time.... hoping for 3 things: title, release date, and Godzilla's foe!

I'm expecting Godzilla's enemy to be Hedorah(or Hedorah like) with this being connected to GODZILLA 3D...... and Banno is a producer for this... sooooo

According to Legendary's site the Comic-con panel is today from 2:30 to 5:00pm. Here's hoping the give us something worthwhile!
