If you could change anything about any monster...

This thread is just what it sounds.
Ever see a kaiju that would be sooooo awsome if it only had one or two other things? Well post those ideas here!

Me? I would
1: Give megaguirus functional legs, she looks neat on the ground, like a winged, reptilian scorpion. Also, replace the yellow highlights with green ones.
2: Get rid of zilla's chin. It looks horrid! a greener coloration would be nice too.
3: Make giragoji's dorsal fins dark purple instead of pink.

I would do ONE thing to a Kaiju

1. Dont have Jet Jaguar in Godzilla vs Megalon, infact Toho never should have created JJ(People will disagree with me....watch)

I acctually agree. JJ screams "Easily the worst Ultraman rip off ever!" I mean look at him- the resemblance is so close you could think he was just another version of him. In fact, why weren't they honest and just called him Ultraman to clear confusion? I mean, they owned him too, diddnt they? However, he was pretty cool in STE....

I would change a couple things.

Godzilla and Mothra: TBFE: Make Mothra and Battra look more life like.

Tokyo S.O.S., GFW: Give Mothra at least one beam attack......

In Godzilla 1998: Gino would have beam breathe, not run away, not be so weak, and not be asexual.
Then Gino would be accepted has Godzilla 1998. Same appearance or not.

Yeah those are pretty good ones, and also maybe include more venomous kaiju? I mean in general, no specific one but venom rocks! So many creatures could have gone far with it, battra, megaguirus, destroyah(her MO should have been used like that in the final battle) or kamacuras.

Also, whats wrong with being aesexual? it rocks! It means you can multiply, it means you can be referred to as either gender, and it means you can make awsome jokes with them when personified in the fanbase!! Why is it such an insult?

1. Never would have given Mothra a damn beam attack. Mothra with a beam is just wrong and made me hate the kaiju. Especally that ****ing Rebirth of Mothra.

2. I would never have made GFW Godzilla a damn unbeatable UBER kaiju, and would have actually try to fight the kaiju.

3. Would have made Orga a more dangerous opponet against Godzilla instead of a lumbering giant. Not that he was a slouch in hth combat.

4. Never would have made GINO the way he is, actually wouldn't have made him at all.

5. I definitly would have made Mecha-King Ghidorah able to take a beam assult and be able to put Goji in his place.

Those are only a few things I would change to kaiju. I would put more, but that will take all night....

If Mothra never had a beam attack then she would have lost almost every battle. The same could go for Godzilla. What if you took his beam away, he wouldn't be very good at battling either.

Mothra- Make her more insect and less godess. GMK did a good job at this, but it coulda been even better. Also, I agree with Orga777, MOTHRA SHOULD NOT HAVE BEAM WEAPONS! BEAM WEAPONS LOOK GREAT ON A COOL_LOOKING OR INTIMIDATING KAIJU, BUT NOT ON A FUZZY MOTH! In addition, she should look more imposing (though she's allways been a good guy so don't make her downright scary...), and she should be strong enough to take a hit from Godzilla, Ghidorah, or Gigan without getting fried/slashed to bits/thrown into the air. Also, the larvae should be a bit bigger, but not too much so. Lastly, LOOSE THE DAMN FARIES! Sheesh! This is a Kaiju movie, not my little sister's little magical fairy show! (Please don't kill me for that, EternalMothra).

Mecha King Ghidorah- Make his wings stronger, and make them emit some sort of devestating electronic beam that could knock Godzilla over.

Battra- Make his legs more useful, also, make both forms entirley black in color (spare the wings, which should have blood red veins running through them, and the eyes should remain red). Also, Give Battra a greater wingspan than Mothra.

Showa King Ghidorah- Make the tail look like it's covered in spikes, rather than those floppy things from the movies. And loose the neck hair.

Jet Jaguar- Never make him in the first place, he is (and I KNOW some angry mob of JJ lovers will come after me with torches and pitchforks while yelling 'Kill! Kill!' for this) a goofy looking embarassment to kaiju.

Toho Kong- Make him less goofy-looking, and more gorilla-like. Also, give him more facial expressions.

Spacegodzilla- Make his crystals so powerful that they can stab godzilla like knives, and have him shoot hundreds of them at an opponent like speeding arrows. Make the Corona beam look more powerful, make Spacegodzilla use his shield more often, improve his telekenetic abillities, and make him, basically an (almost) unstoppable powerhouse!

M.O.U.G.E.R.A.- Make him look less obese.

Mechagodzilla '74, '75, and '93- (See previous entry, and make them all more agile, like Kiryu, and better designed for hand-to-hand combat).

Manda- Make him more agile on land, and give him some type of weapon (such as the abillity to breathe fire). Also, make him fight Godzilla, like he did in 'Godzilla at the World's End'.

King Caesar- Make him look less feminine and more like a king, make the ears less floppy, make his claws bigger, and make him more lion-like in general.

Gorosaurus- Give him more appearances, make his claws a bit bigger, and make him a bit more agressive, but also a bit more intelligent.

Megalon- LOOSE THE HAIR! Make him less bulky and more streamlined, let him use his burrowing ability more like a Graboid, and make those plasma attacks from his mouth fireballs and not giant explosive coconuts.

Gamera- Give him a less whimpy roar. Also, make him fly in his 'spinning' fashion more than his 'airplane' fashion.

Orga- Make him about twice the size of Godzilla, and twice as muscular.

Ebirah GFW- Make him look less like Legion.

Oodacodo- Make him longer than Godzilla (perhaps 300 Meters like he was going to be in GFW before he got cut).

Kaiser Ghidorah- Make his wings larger (like 3X his total body size), make his heads more sinister-looking, and make his tails less rat-like and more like GMK Ghidorah's.

Titanosaurus- Loose the 'warts'. And get rid of those feelers too. Also, make his index finger huge and curved like a Baryonyx's.

Oh yeah, mothra, Give her that rainbow prism beam from G:ste but only that one. You gotta admit, all important kaiju need some form of projectile attack. Also, explosive, paralyzing and healing powder all sound like viable weapons and how about maybe a pules she can emmit srpeading a little ways outwards that can be used as a sheild or a pulse. Oh, and use GMK's design and we have an awsome mosura.

Make Spacegodzilla's shoulder crystals not be white, but instead transparent, with a cool blue mist inside. Also, lose ALL the existing beams, and instead have a single heat ray just like Godzilla's, only silver.

SpaceGodzilla- Change the crystals on his shoulders. Make them more sleek or sinster look like Irys' shoulder wings (?) and less like logs. And maybe he could lose some pounds...

GINO (film version)- If it would to act like the animated incartnation AND not asexual, along with having ray, I think it could just work out.

Megalon- Basically what Kiryu Goji said...

Baragon (GMK)- Give him back the heat ray.

And I think that everyone has basically covered everything else...

How can you make Mothra more insect and less Goddess. She has to be a divine being because she's the Guardian of Earth. I really did not like GMK Mothra, she looked like a mosquito/wasp. Why can't Mothra have a beam weapon. A great deal of monsters do, what will Mothra do to an opponent if she doesn't have a beam weapon. Also, about the fairies. They are part of Mothra's character, without them, she'd be boring. It may be a kaiju movie, but it also could be considered fantasy as well. There's nothing wrong with the fairies......

I just thought of something else to change, I would give Godzilla his roar from Godzilla vs. Biollante. I thought that was the coolest one.

Anguirius: Give him a beam weapon or something like a heat ray.
Gamera: lose the big airplane-like flaps on his arms
Jet Jaguar: Give him Eye lasers and NO getting dizzy, other than that he rules!
King Ghidorah: GIVE HIM ARMS! I mean really people, here we have one of the toughest Kaiju Goji had to face and he is ARMLESS!
Ebirah: Give him a roar that sounds less like Showa Mecha-Godzilla.
Kamacuras: Never make him. The giant mantis thing has been way too overdone.

Mothra with a beam was a stupid idea. Look at the nasty Mothra's out there. Showa Mothra, GMMG Mothra, GFW Mothra. GMMG Mothra and GFW Mothra would slaughter Heisei Mothra in a fight. And Leo, well that series sucks any way and shouldn't have been made in the first place.
Now the fairies are the single most annoying thing in Godzilla movies. More annoying than Minya talking, more annoying than GFW Godzilla beating every monster in 10 seconds flat, more annoying than the damn Kennies. God the fairies should just DIE in one of the movies....

Did you ever notice that nearly every Mothra without a beam, got her *** handed to her. If Mothra can't have a beam, than why should Godzilla? You are way to harsh on everything about Mothra.

Monster X- Lose the Kaiser Ghidorah transformation.

Godzilla (GFW)- Give him a better look (Heisei styled or G2K)

King Ghidorahs (all)- Give them the ability to use their twin tails in combat, to strangle, whip, coil, etc.

Gigan (GFW)- Make his beam a red sonic cutter beam.

Baragon (GMK)- Change the whimpy cry to something good like Showa's.

GFW Anguirus= give him his backwards leap impalement attack from Godzilla vs Gigan and his burrowing skills from G vs MechaGodzilla
GFW King Shisaa= Give him a little more muscle and make his armored plating more pronounced and give him his beam reflection ability back
GFW Hedorah=give him his old showa powers
GFW Kamakiras=give him his showa design but keep GFW powers
GFW Godzilla=give him a nuclear pulse because he wasn't rediculously powerful enough

Because Godzilla ALWAYS had a beam. When I first saw Mothra with a beam I didn't like it. Mothra is not ment to have a beam. Godzilla is ment to have a beam, King Ghidorah is ment to have a beam, Destroyah is ment to have a beam, Mecha-Godzilla is ment to have a beam. Giveing Mothra a beam is just as bad as giving Angurius a beam or Rodan a beam. Fire Rodan is cool, but he doesn't need the beam either. Beam happy Mothra's and Rodan's are out of character for them. GFW Mothra didn't need a beam to beat Gigan in ancient times did she? Showa Mothra didn't need the beams to destroy Tokyo in '61 did she? GMMG Mothra didn't need beams to beat on Godzilla for a bit while dieing did she? Face it Mothra shouldn't have a beam it is just that simple.

Glad to see my thread is growing so!

Oh, and I think mothra COULD work well without a beam but she'd have to have several other weird powers to work. Heres a few more.

SpaceGodzilla: Give him that centauroid look the concept art showed, and only 2 fingers.
Megalon: Lose the leafy texture, green and yellow exoskeleton!
Rodan(GFW) make him more pteranodon like, give him back the spiked chest plates, give him visible teeth and a beam.
Mechagodzilla: Either one needs to LOOK like godzilla! Give him dorsal fins at least! And a tail! More of a tail.
Death ghidorah: Different wings. He looks waaaaayyyyy too draconic with them. I have seen all the dragons I can stand try something more unique. The fins looked awsome, play on that!
berum: Flatter, more starfish-like and with a circular toothy mouth.
