Method of Attack: Cam Eleon is a no-nonsense fighter who pulls out all the stops to rend his opponent into a bloody mess. He is highly aggressive, but also puts on a fair defensive show when he needs to, and can switch between the two styles as he pleases. His trademark boomstick isn’t the most valuable weapon, but it has tremendous stopping power, and his metal hand can dish out a lot of damage in hand-to-hand. His greatest weapon, however, is his chainsaw, which he wields with all the skill of a master swordsman and the ferocity of a demon. Unfortunately for Cam, though, he’s not the fastest or brightest guy in the world (though still decently fast intelligent), and he lacks weapons that would really offset a more powerful fighter. All in all, however, Cam Eleon makes for an impressive combatant with a will of steel.

Well, the boomstick isn't going to hurt The It since he is resistant to long ranged weapons. Up close The It is unpredictable, and I don't think Cam Elon wants to get stabbed by that sword. The It also prefers hit and run tactics, so after a tough fight, I would give the slight edge to The It.
