I assume chaos symbiote can be bought directly on level 2 since nothing in it states otherwise so I would like one level 2 chaos symbiote please.
Question(again): Can points be carried over to the next round?

I'm not complaining(I'v got enough sense to avoid that) but I am Really curious...

No.
You need to buy level one first.
Levelling up goes from 1-4. In order.
Psycho Blaster 1 and 2, plus Demonic Claw. Shaken, not stirred.

Cause alot of the other ones say you have to buy the other levels first so I figured one that didnt say anything about buying an eaelier level didn't require it...
Oh well, what does a hack like me know?
Ok then, I guess I'll take level one symbiote plus an extra level of regeneration.
That is, if I cant skip levels for ones that don't say anything about having to buy the earlier level first.
Go ahead and stir it, it never mixes well when it's shaken.

Because the chaos symbiote, along with several other powers, says nothing of having to buy level one first.
Some of them state: "this can only be bought if the level before it has already been bought" so I guessed that the ones that didnt say that didnt follow this.

Description says they're able to sweep kaiju around. Considering some of the kaiju sizes in the tourney, they're big enough to batter the Yiachi Minyas to a watery grave.
