gime some ideas......some help

So for my first story....on kaijuphile at least. Anyways i need some help with an idea. It's going to be between godzilla 1985-89 and Desghidorah. Takes place after biollante, buuut how do I put this together. Desghidorah= space mosnter locked away by mothra....no such thing as mothra in this story. Well, thinking about it, putting in the original mothra movie and other kaiju movies would seem kind of cool. Takes place this year in 2006 so it's been 17 years since godzilla was last seen. Ok, so lets put it like this for a little thing.

1954- godzilla attacks supposedly killed
1956- discovery of Rodan, who raids japan and is killed
1958- varan attacks
1961- mothra attacks due to the two annoying girls being kidnapped
1965- frankenstein and baragon
1966- Gaira and Sanda
67-84- peace
1985- godzilla returns
1989- godzilla returns and fights biollante

Ah I just thought of something, since I'm putting mothra in the timeline we can say that 100 or so years ago one of her ancestors locked up desghidorah who came to earth trying to destroy all life. Then in 2006 godzilla reappears and attacks, he is lured to an uninhabited island and bombed....therefore releasing Desghidorah who pounds the crap outta the old G. G runs off recovers, due to the stuff that DG sucked outta him he needs more power, heads for Japan mainland, reaches a nuclear factory, absorbs power and at the same time runs into DG who is smashing his way through the city and instinctivly fight....I don't like the idea of godzilla getting revenge. So anything you guys can help me add to the story to make it sound better before i start writing it.

new idea Megaguirus vs. Desghidorah!! everything in the passed that happened in GXM happens here, except mothra was there, rodan was there, and G2K is also in there.
plot- scientist plan on creating dimension tide to rid of godzilla. They do a test on an area filled with nuclear waste due to a past of nuclear tests. After testing the dimension tide it opens a time portal which last only a few minutes, but releases a meganulon which no one see's but this meganulon which mutates and lays an egg. The egg coming form a muatated meganulon and due to more muatations hatches into a megaguirus who grows rapidly. Little do the people know that under the area that they are testing and due to all the nuclear tests and their testing of D.T. the prison that once held desghidorah is now weak enough for the monster to break free. It does, and heads toward Japan, where it destorys cities and takes life force. While Megaguirus gives birth to many meganulon which find DG and take it's energy back to Megaguirus who is now strong enough to evolve to it's final form and wreck havoc on japan. The japanese drive megaguirus and DG to meet, they fight to the death.....then there's in end somewhere after that.
