No it wouldn't be a good battle to see, infact you wouldn't see much of anything in a psychic battle. Gandalf would be the only one who could give Xavier the slightest bit of trouble, but in the end Xavier would be standing alone.
Miki and Deanna shouldn't even be listed here, they are very weak psychics.

B/C is natural, the Enterprise is made of the same materials as Magneto's helmet, allowing Deanna to then wipe Xavier off of wherever he is with the D's (or E's) weaponry.
Or, at least it should be that way.
Xavier wins if no Enterprise.
