The First, The Last, and King-Goji.
Although, ShodaiGoji and King-Goji both looked pretty bad from certain angles.

Shodai Goji: the puppet looked demented, but the suit looked great, and defined Godzilla's basic look for decades.
Mosu Goji: Looks lean and mean.
Meka Goji (Terror of MG version, don't know it's official name): takes the slim, athletic look of its predecessors, but incorporated a look that showed he meant business.

To me none of the above.
Obviously, to me King-Goji was the best. Powerful looking and still very reptilian. Plus there's just something about his non-thumb hands that I really like. (I believe this was the only version of Godzilla to not really have a thumb) His hands were made for clawing and scratching, not holding stuff. 
Out of your 3 choices, I would go with Shodai-Goji. |

Agreed on the no-thumb look from King-G, but I also loved Mothraversus Godzilla...his tail was pretty long tere and he was darker...definately more serpentine-looking than ever before...Also, I loved the GxKingKong suit...he looked pretty dinosaurian in it...

His legs would have to be pretty thick to carry so much weight...and his arms were nearly useless there, so he relied on his strong legs, I would think. He looked pretty reptilian there...

I have to go with Mekagoji, the films around that time were some of my favorites and I always liked that look on Godzilla the best.
