Default Cheap Kaiju toys or shameless bootlegs?

'lo all. Recently while perusing for a good toy wholesaler(business venture that may or may not happen) I chanced to run across this,

http://www.japan-toys.com/cgi-bin/us-goods2.cgi?ca=GZ

There IS a minimum order - fifty dollars - but at those prices you could definitely get your money's worth. I haven't tried to order from these guys yet, since they are a wholesaler and I'm currently broke, and I'm hesitant to since there isn't really any info on the figures themselves. They LOOK like Bandai figures, but they could easily be bootlegs. Any thoughts?

on the surface it seems like a great deal until i saw the shipping costs...21 dollars for 1kg? not to mention they round UP to the nearest half-kilo. thats ridiculous. i suppose it still could be profitable...but for a collector like me it makes it tough...i mean i have no problem with the minimum 50 dollar order but unreasonable shipping rates scares me a bit

They are a legit dealer and I have gotten many items from them in the past, they also sell on eBay. Shipping is high because they ship from Japan. You just have to make sure that when your buying stuff that your not clicking on the "Bulk" orders and just use the "regular" order for individual items. You don't want to see a $1000 order for 6 cases of the same Godzilla figure, LOL.

Yeah man. I shipped some jeans that I sold on Ebay to Germany once. Ugh.

Thanks for the info, Jeff. I'll be sure to keep them bookmarked.
