Beat the Saint of Killers
Not something you can handle the usual way.
Instead, I want people who could avoid being killed by this unstoppable freak.
Jesse Custer has already done it.
And apparently, since Garth Ennis is a bit of an idiot, undead are also all immune (How a vampire survives being shot when God doesn't is something only Ennis the Amazing can tell you with a straight face.)

Why run?
Even if we give Saint the defense of not being able to be changed by Molecule Man into a rock, MM could just put a barrier around Saint. Wiki mentioned how he dug out from under a mountain, but a perfectly smooth, regenerating wall/cage would trap him. And thus, a victory.
Or, he could make a person with an Ultimate Nullifier and that person shoots Saint.
Thus, victory.
