GRANTED it does have giant monsters in it, but I don't consider God of War to be in the category of "Giant Monster Video Games."

Maybe I'm approaching this too much from the point of view of b-movies. *shrugs*

Yeah, Sim City and God of War are really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Though, after thinking about it, i'm having a hard time finding one other game that features giant monsters...

edit:

After thinking about it some MORE, I think Resident Evil would have fit on there better than one of the above mentioned. You have a giant plant in #1, a giant alligator in #2, giant subterranean worms in #3, the lake monster and giant in #4.
