Pretty hard to say. Burtannus is a bruiser, but I'm not sure if she has the range to compete with Batragon's flight. If Batragon goes into melee though, and I'm fairly certain he will, he's going to get mauled and electricuted.

What other option does he have? Batragon gets mauled.
