Like the others, it's not that we don't think there's nothing wrong with this. Of course it's wrong. It's just we're not surprised. And if you're familiar with history, you'd know this is nothing. People have been making these mistakes for years and will continue to do so. You can dwell on mistakes that are not yours if you wish.

Yes, the world is sick, cruel, and unfair. But it's also fun, beautiful, and worth fighting for. Do your part by taking care of your life and helping those around you. It does make a difference.

The video didn't work but judging by the thread title I am going to assume some 13 year olds just became parents. Hey - sometimes it happens. I mean we don't know what goes on their lives? Were the parents there for them? What background did they come from, are they educated or not? Or maybe the condom broke? Who knows? As long as their families are still willingly to support them in whatever choices they make - whether its to keep the baby, give it up for a adoption, or have an abortion. That's all that matters to me.

And to me all of the people complaining how wrong this is sound like a bunch of Right-wing, old fashioned Catholics - or you were sheltered from this sort of thing your whole life by your very judgemental and strict parents.

It happens. Just pray and hope that that child will be able to grow up and live a good life.

The worst part is that the girl's MOTHER wanted to pin it on the poor gullible kid when she'd already had half a dozen more possible fathers lined up. How cold is that? (Not like I'm condoning this, but that's the most flabbergasting fact to me. You freak a kid out thinking he's a father and then CONTINUE TO DO SO once you've figured out odds are against it? Their scum, this type of thing happens alot over here. a few moths back this woman was claming benfits for 18 children that she made up.

COLORADO SPRINGS — Representatives of a local Christian church tried to lure a seventh-grader at Russell Middle School into a church van last week, school district officials said.
As a result, the principal sent students home with a letter to parents asking that they instruct their children not to talk to strangers, and the district has beefed up security around the property at 3825 E. Montebello Drive.
The letter to parents did not identify the church, and the district — acting on the advice of its attorney — has declined to name it. But sources told The Gazette that it was Cornerstone Baptist Church, which is about 2.5 miles from the school and has gotten into trouble in the past for baptizing children without parents' permission.
Students at nearby Keller and Fremont elementary schools also have been approached by church members, and church proselytizing has been escalating in recent weeks at Russell. Still, officials were unprepared for what happened Thursday, district spokeswoman Elaine Naleski said Friday.
"We have never had a problem like this before," she said. "We are shocked by their actions."
A few weeks ago, officials at the school met with the church's leader to complain about members coming on school property to preach the Bible, Naleski said. But rather than stop, church members started proselytizing from public sidewalks outside the school.
The school will seek a no-trespassing order if church members resume harassing children on school property, Naleski said. But it will be up to parents to take legal action against the church if their children are approached in public areas outside the school.
Assistant pastor Ford Glover said Friday that Cornerstone would have no comment.
The church website's "doctrinal statement" that "we believe the church is a local, separated body of believers who are sent forth into the world to get people saved, baptized, and added to the church."
