Although there is a new plant over in the next county to the west gearing up to make large wind farm blades, a smaller version up and running and a new coal-fired plant down the road in Osceola, there ARE other alternatives. My electric bill may be smaller than any other utilities on a regular basis but others are paying through the nose big time, especially those who got caught up with the all-electric scam.
