This is a very odd matchup. I think Gigan and Megalon could do damage to Kammy, but Kammy is crafty enough to ambush Godzilla...megalon is kind of a dunce. Gigan is actually good at melee.

If Megalon can figure out to cough up one of his flaming hairballs and HIT Kam, the bug will have something to think about while Gigan gets in close for the major surgery.

Should be interesting at least.

Meggy and Gigan may not be the smartest of the group, but they're a pair of thugs.

A nacy pantsy fancy wing light footed speedster like Kammy might get a blow or two in on 'em, but they'll be taking the base ball bats to her knees if'n she don't pay the rent. And you know she won't.

On one hand, we have the fragile, yet speedy and cunning Kamacuras. On the other, Megalon, who is armed well enough to fight Kamacuras well and Baron of Grey Matter with the equally well armed and decidedly vicous Gigan.

Gig and Meg are equipped well enough to take down Kamacuras, But Kammy's speed and intelligence will make inflicting that damage hard, and he'll certainly be able to fight back.

Leaning Gigan and Megalon for now...

Considering I'm one of the few who sees Buzzdrill duo as an underrated pair I have no problems believing that they are capable enough to take out kammy. It won't be quick, but it'll much easier for them to score a killing blow on the mantis than vice versa. Now Kamacuras can and will be running circles around duo on the ground it doesn't really have the melee power to take out the duo before Megalon's firepower or Gigan's superior flight/pointyness are able to take him down.

WTF can Kamacuras do with its speed against Megalon and Gigan. Seriously.

WHAT can it do?

Those claws aren't lightsabers and we know they can't go through steel and he uses 'em like bashing weapons opposed to slicing weapons...

The Power Tool Twins certainly have the advantage where firepower is concerned. After seeing Megalon's effortless beatdown of Ghidorah last night, it's obvious that he is not a monster to mess with. Add in Gigan, and we have a team that can hold their own against just about anybody.

But Kamacuras apparantly is no slouch, either. He's fast, he's smart, and he's mean. It took some doing, but he successfully took out both Mothra and Rambling singlehandedly. He could be trouble.

So this could really go either way. But Kamacuras' underdog victory last round has earned him my respect. I think he can win this.

Aside from the fact that I have the same mental image as the Great MM, I think that after the first ambush, Gigan will set Megalon to burninating the barren countryside.

The only hope I realistically see for the bug is to stay hidden and let the Daleks try to kill off both of his enemies.

I'm in general agreement with most everyone else here. Gigan and Megalon may have the collective brain-cell count of a bucket of hammers, but hammers hurt when you get hit by one. They're also especially adept at crushing bugs.

That might not be so crazy. Didn't Kamakuras do that to Godzilla? Hell if I remember right that's what got him killed. Well not the Buzzsaw part, but didn't he fly in and attack Godzilla's chest?

Thinking this was some kind of game, Megalon flew straight into Gigan's buzzsaw, effectively lobotomizing himself.

Taken aback, Gigan stopped laughing.

Megalon climbed to his feet. Bashing his drills together, Megalon signaled to his partner he was fine, and began laughing like an insane mental patient. That's when foam started to gurgle out of his mouth. Unable to breathe, Megalon collapsed to the ground. He tried using his drills to help but ended up strangling himself in the process.

Gigan backed away slowly.

Unlike Gigan and Megalon's last fight against GMK Ghidorah, this is a fight that I can see them taking. If they were not teamed up, I would easily vote for Kammy. Together though, I think they should be able to overcome their mental deficiencies and effectively double team Kamacuras.

i think kamacuras can win. megalon isnt made out of steel so kamacuras can kill him with his speed. gigan on the other hand could be a problem. although gigan is made of steel he also has flesh to him. kamacuras could possibly slash through the flesh and cut some tubes or something and make gigan leak whatever liquid is running through him. again longshot on kamacura beating gigan but i think he can do it.

Wait. What evidence do you have that Kamacuras' claws are sharp enough to cut through paper, let alone another kaiju?

As I've said time and time again, we are given ONE SCENE in which Kamacuras is using his claws. And he doesn't use them to slash. He uses them to bash. And he has to land to use them.
