Who does Roger Ebert think he is? This really makes me mad!!! Giving a one and a half star on one of the second-best film in Japan! Obviously, he didn't pay attention to the whole film! Look at this:

When Dr. Serizawa demonstrates the Oxygen Destroyer to the fiancee of his son, the superweapon is somewhat anticlimactic. He drops a pill into a tank of tropical fish, the tank lights up, he shouts "stand back!," the fiancee screams, and the fish go belly up. Yeah, that'll stop Godzilla in his tracks.

Dude, GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT! First of all, Dr. Serizawa didn't marry to Emiko yet. Also, he didn't have a son yet! Also, the fish DID NOT go belly up, they DISSOLVED INTO SKELETON!!!

If you guys want more disappointment, go to my link. This guy needs to go back to the theatre and see it again. That review is definately uncalled for! I definately gave him a chance when he gave a great review for Spider-man 2, but now, he's gone too far with this review!

The all movie guide would be just as bad as him, but they at least give credit to something great like Gojira. 4/5 stars. Good rating for it. But on other films there just as bad. Example-Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah. They state that Ghidorah has a leathal 50 meter tail?

Well, that was a horrendously senile review from a senile, old man. Honestly, Ebert must have been making out with his chair while watching the movie, as most of his purported 'facts' are just plain crazy. Ah well. The only movie critic I trust is me, anyways, so Ebert's opinion to me is worthless.

Like I said at MZ, I never liked Ebert, but reading this review makes me want to hunt him down and remove his testicles with a dull rusty blade coated with high-grade toxins.

If he gave viable reasons as to why he didn't like the movie, I wouldn't be upset at all. But it's obvious he wasn't paying attention. I'm in agreement with Saruman here. If you can't get the facts straight on a movie you just saw, then you've got no business being a film critic.
