With better stats and more long range moves, he easily cleanches this one. As long as he uses the terrain to keep Angilas at bay and pepper him with shiki and such.

He has better stats and is more experienced, but I do not see any attacks on his list that could penetrate my skin, or do much damage to me. I am easily twice his size and armoured far beyond any other roost fighter, but that would be the only thing keeping me on my feet in this fight. He couldnt win from a long range arsenal attack, because none of those weapons are capable of penetration in my hide....and he defenetly could not win close range, because I could rip him in half or just beat him to a pulp...
but then theres those damned magic powers....Angiru-San has never fought such, So Im not sure how Angiru-San would hold up to these attacks....

It really doesn't matter how much Angilas hide can take physically, it is the fact that Kato has energy. Yes, Angiru-sun's hide will protect him from most of the brunt from the attack, but the damage will still be there. Angiru-san will not be able to get close enough without being bombarded. Or, Kato could blind Angilas temporarly with a wave of shiki and get enough room to attack again. Eventually, Kato would just wear Angilas down.

Kato is going to have a difficult time getting through Ang's hide, and doing any real damage. And if he does by that time Ang would have already done and good amount of damage to the other. A false move by Kato could spell death beacuse if Ang get's a hold of him...well you know...puddle.

Yeah, nice try guys. The fact of the matter is that Kato is more than a match for Angiru-san. Those arrows comes in legions, and 200+ would rip through Ang like paper. Angiru-san is also about as fast as a tank in a river of warm molasses, so he'd never get close enough - not to mention Kato also has teleportation. The Shiki may not do much for Kato, I'll admit, but everything else will be enough.
