Taking a page from Khandejifer's book, I decided to make athread where you can ask me about...well, anything related to RF. Maybe basic stuff, like "What's Seer235's sex life like?" ( That's horrible, I know). Or maybe something deeper, like "Are there any purposeful ties between RF and The Bible?" (that answer is NO, by the way. Just Pureevil being Leviathan, really).

One note: don't ask me about getting a character. That should go in the "Can I Be a Roost Fighter?" thread.

Two things got the basic premise, basically:

1. Capcom vs SNK 2 EO for Gamecube. If you'll notice, many of the characters from that game appear as Roost warriors in RF1 and RF2.

2. The Roost. DURRRRRR!

As for the actual story, I wrote it mostly because I thought it'd be really funny. There's a thread on Page Two of the RF General Discussion talking about RF's creation (you might have to change the date cutoff, however).

It's taking a while, mostly because I've become...uninspired. In other words, I'm just not motivated enough at the moment to bother finishing it. It SHOULD be up by next week, though.

Nope. But I did drop a hint at last night's RF Discuss in the chatroom - you know Grace's character is a fighting game girl...who says I'm not gonna give her a chance to get her adrenaline pumping?

The dream would be to have some of the Roost's greatest writers helm chapters of Roost Fighter: Clint, Varan101, etc. Although it's not likely, it would be very interesting to see how these writers would tackle RF. Clint writing Magnus vs Demon Eyes Parker, Varan101 helming more dramatic scenes...of course, it would be very painstaking to have all of these different writers come, especially those who don't have the faintest clue about what RF is.

In terms of those who know RF, however, it would be interesting to have PyrasTerran or Angilas write a couple chapters sometime.

I certainly, wouldn't mind. Once I get through the big stuff in Roostville, like Darkness Falls and the Series.

Besides Magnus, Bruce and Grace were also originally supposed to have a daughter. But I've sort of dropped the idea recently. I'm stil not sure if the proposed Parker daughter will ever make an appearance.

I'm a "guest writer" there so to speak. So hoorah for me. Here's a good question:

Why did you choose to write RF vs. MC and RF vs. MZ before you wrote the story that would get the most attention here RFxRV? Why don't you two (Lord K. and Treize) join forces to tackle this story?

Magnus Parker, the main character of RFA2. He gets taken away to Cybertron HQ and is a subject of the A-Project.

Roost Fighter: The New Challengers takes place in 2014, a good 4 years before the Alpha trilogy.

No reason. I just thought of the former two before I did the latter one.

Why are some of the stories Alpha and some just regular?
