Exclamation Discuss: Angilas vs. Kato Yasunori

I figured I would put this here, so people could discuss this tight knit fight.

Yeah, nice try guys. The fact of the matter is that Kato is more than a match for Angiru-san. Those arrows comes in legions, and 200+ would rip through Ang like paper. Angiru-san is also about as fast as a tank in a river of warm molasses, so he'd never get close enough - not to mention Kato also has teleportation. The Shiki may not do much for Kato, I'll admit, but everything else will be enough

Thats rediculous, Treize, and you know it! lol

Number one: Everyone tries to get away with peircing my skin. YOU CAN NOT, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE! people seem to miss this. Thats my greatest attribute. Take that away and its like taking the symbiote from Eddie Brock...and its also Bull crap. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, simple as that...sorry guys but thats just the character. Treize, you approved of it when my bio came in when I joined so its official. And right now I would like to clarify this point. Ang's skin is I-N-P-E-T-R-A-B-L-E....

Number Two: "about as fast as a tank in a river of warm molasses" Where in the hell did that come from? Thats never been stated! EVER! How could a Judo master be that damn slow....I think you're overexaggerating a tad...a very , very large tad (whatever that means). He is like the hulk, something with such muscles and strength is going to be able to gain incredible speeds, and you know it. He isnt slow, he is very animalistic and brutal. He cant dash or sprint, but you make it sound like by the time you hit him twelve times he would still be blinking. Its science, and Ang isnt slow, at all.

So what do you get when you take away Ang's INPETRABLE skin, muscle strenght, and animalistic responses, Hes got massive stength and tooth & claw.....who the hell else in Roost fighter isnt overly-strong and capable of cutting something??? About everyone is. So people please, let Ang keep his INPETRABLE SKIN, And his animalistic attitude...otherwise he is nothing.

I dont appreciate my character being so degraded just because he is a friggin gigantic brute....geez...no one tells Shadow He cant fly or use his cannon, just because they are good powers. Angilas is a powerful character. Good lord.

No hard feelings, but come on!

I can fly!? No one told me I could fly!? J/K. Let me clarify, it's teleportation (don't ask me how it works though, Capcom never released the inner workings of a Megaman charecter.)

Now on topic, If Ang can get a hold on Kato, he is proverbiably sqaushed underneath a massive hand. Now even though Kato's attacks won't penetrate, they would still do damage, for skin is skin and there is still going to be pain.

Now I just slightly confused myself, so i'm going to go lie down now...

haha exaclty. I hate invincible characters, so Internal damage for Ang cans til be delt if the blow is powerful enough, and it takes a while to heal. And his extreme weakness is cold....fight him in a cold environmnet his *** is grass (his dimension had no cold areas or places) ....so he isnt by any means invincible, just the Juggernaut character of RF

Dont hurt yourself, now, Shadow....lol

What complete and utter fanboy tripe! One arrow might not do anything to it, but a legion of hundreds is going to get through you one way or another. Slaughter of Arrows will weaken your hide the first time if nothing else, making another assault like that much more devastating. All he has to do is wear down your main defense by repeatedly attacking in that fashion.
Oh, and you missed something in your stat bio: "but his skin is like armour and can take a lot of punishment." Nowhere does it say it's impervious to attack.

If a speed of 5 isn't slow, then 4 couldn't be bad either, could it? I exaggerated slightly, Ang is just as fast as a tank. The warm molasses thing was more or less a joke. And is that the same science that dictates that the larger it is the faster it moves? In that case, you could put wheels under the Empire State Building and it would move 400 mph. Sure Ang can dash, but it won't be nearly as fast as in the case of a character like Original Bruce.

If I kept his inpenetrable skin then this tournament would be deadlocked because if it, say, came down to Demon Eyes Parker vs Angilas, you couldn't hit him and I couldn't break you (so to speak). As a result, I lowered it down to an 'armour-like' rating for tournament purposes only. If you have a problem with that policy, why don't you plead your case in the Tourney II Discussion?

At least Shadow doesn't scream that he's invincible in every battle he's been in. Ang may be powerful, but he has his limits like everyone else in this tournament.

You're lucky I don't ban you from Roost Fighter for talking to me that way. Your rude attitude and angry demeanor may soon become your destruction...

I said no hard feelings at the end of it, and that was ment to clear it up for everyone, I know better than to just rant at you. We've never been on bad terms before. And no I dont scream that I am invincible in every battle, have you read my RR's? Ive gotten the tar beat out of me several times!

Sorry If I offended you but it was just ment to clear this up, not by any means was I screaming at you (or even screaming) it was for the sake of this battle discussion.

So hey , Treize, ol buddy ol pal, I am sincerely sorry if you took that as an attack towards you

*sighs* Hell, I'd say we're BOTH at fault. There's just something about this place which makes me angrier than I really am. Too much Roost Fighting or something. Maybe I should just leave for a while. Once I get Gigan II and Ghidorahsux taken care of, I'll probably take some time off. I'll still be writing RF2, but mastery of the RF boards will go to Shadow while I'm away.

Anyways, I guess I'll go see who still needs inclusion in RF...

Trieze, if you wish for me to take control of the RF boards while you take a break, work on RF2, and get a good rest from it, then just say the word. I doubt that there will be any problems while you are away, and if there are, I shall deal with them swiftly and with extreme justice.

if you plan to go soon, then I will continue to manage the Tourny, RR's, and answer any questions that Rf fans may have to the best of my knowledge. All I ask is that you keep me updated on what is happening and if you need anything done here, that way I can update and keep it running smoothly.

And thanks Ang, for the good backup.

Will do. It probably won't be a long absence - maybe a week or two at most - but it'll be significant enough. I will probably leave once Round Three gets started.

Gotcha, be sure to get rested up, and possibly have a better outlook on RF! Your presence will be missed, but like Ang, you are leaving the RF board in able hands. Just be sure to keep me updated! That's all I ask. Thanks.
