Cheapest Boss
Ok, I'll define what a cheap boss is first (for those who don't know):
A cheap boss is a boss that is completely and unfairly superior to you that even a seasoned video gamer would have to play for months in order to defeat him. This boss has to be huge, extremely fast and agile, can harm you simply by touching you (no moves, just bumps you), and is invulnerable to all of your special and combo moves (Well, that one is for beat'em ups).
So anyway, what is the worst (or cheapest) boss you have ever played?

KF was easy for me. Though I haven't beaten him, I have gotten awefully close on a number of instances.

Re: Cheapest Boss
The first one that comes to mind is Vega from Street Fighter II.Who wasn't aggrevated by Vega's jumping around and agile moves that made a fool out of even the best gamers.Plus his air kicks don't even have any force behind them, he just sticks out his leg and if you happen to touch it you get hit.And climbing on the cage wall where he can't be hit only to dive down and either slash you with his claw or Izuna Drop you to heck? He defintely takes the cake for cheapest boss.

*Buzzer sounds in background*
I think that Vega is easy (and he is my favorite street fighter as well). Anyways, Shin Akuma from Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO takes the cake for me. This guy strings attacks like the demon that he is. In the air, on the ground, it doesn't matter, he will crush you.
Though I got cheap right back on him, one move after the other I used the same attack, with great timing, and finally beat him. Hooray!
Though I guess some bosses are easier for some than others, so it mostly counts on how often you try to beat him/her.

I must think...
...
......
.........
............
...............
..................
.....................
........................
...........................probably the OFWDC of of bomberman hero (which was a pretty bad game...) or my freind off of SSBM or Soul Caliber. Yes you heard it my freind, he is an invincible destructive machine with Link or Young Link on either game. I can get some cheap shots in SSBM with Marth but that's it. It's truly scary. Of course he has very little of a life and claims to practice 10 hours a day or something like that so he's cheap for a reason.

Re: Cheapest Boss
The one im stuck on know in megaman one the first wily stage boss. All of the other incarnations of him are a whole lot easier than him. He's the only one i can think about right now but i know there are lots more.

Re: Cheapest Boss
I also have a friend that is cheap when playing games (including G: DAMM!).
Well, I find alot of SNES bosses to be extemely cheap, so I really can't decide.
While I'm on the subject of cheap, I remember playing X-Men: Next Dimension, and the Sentinel bosses were always cheap, however, I do remember getting cheap on Mystique by continuosly using a kick on her! Ha, that was funny!

Re: Cheapest Boss
I would have to say the Final Boss on Elite Force for the PS2. Not only do you have to unload the strongest guns secondary fire on him TWICE (even with a larger ammo supply) the maximum amount of hits you can take is either 3-4. After that, you die and have to start all over again.

Re: Cheapest Boss
I'm gonna say Shin Akuma from Capcom vs SNK 2 EO as well. I mean, he takes damage like a pansy, but it's impossible to hit him because he strings attacks and combos like Hell. It took me about 10 tries to beat him, and at the end I was covered in sweat. Nowadays he's not so much a problem, but when I started playing that game he was invincible.
I think, however, that Igniz from King of Fighters will overshadow Shin Akuma. Perhaps I will take on the task of playing through arcade mode in KOF 2000 and see what happens...?

Well here's a couple tricks to use on this guy: 1. If he is using the Verticle Concussion Blasts (The one that toss you up into the air), try running around in circles (I'm not kidding!), and every time he comes into your line of sight, fire. Oh and use the Arc Welder first and save the Photon Burst for last.
2. Hide behind the pillars while he's shooting his other attack on you. You might get a couple hits though.
I beat him using 999 Health and Infinite Ammo, if you want to know.

Re: Cheapest Boss
This is easy, Sagat from the very first Street Fighter game. Most of you have probably never played it when it was released in Arcades. But Sagat was was much tougher than in his later roles in SF2 and on. Akuma was also the boss you fought before you reached Sagat and he was just as bad. The original SF is still my favorite out of the entier series.

Yes, Akuma did not make his appearrance until SF2, as did Evil Ryu (if i'm not mistakin).
And Adon would be the logical choice for the boss before Sagat, for he was Sagat's appentice.

Evil Ryu didn't show up until around Alpha. He was in the Alpha 2 Gold version for the PS1, as a hidden costume.

Re: Cheapest Boss
I'd say the final boss in the Sega Genesis version of ClayFighter. (Man, I loved that game.) Whatever he was made of (Plates? Blades?) he used em to get in alot of cheap hits, and doing damage to him was a real task...

Re: Cheapest Boss
the last two bosses from Sonic Advance 3. man, they have the guy who's all spiky and he's on the bar, and he's really powerful and sruff, and his one side is impossible to jump over. and when he hits you once you lose all your rings and that just stinks. and then the guy after him is really hard too. because first you have to fight that robot who, yes, he's only two hits, but he's so fast and he launches those rockets and he can teleport and stuff. oh, man he stinks. the final boss after you figth the robot is really hard cause he's got those hands that can just smash you. oh, man those are hard. the only way i beat him is to get Cream as my teammate and then i simply use the Chao, although i kinda consider that move cheap in itself.
i have to say though, the hardest, cheapest boss ever is Master Hand from SSB. oh, dude, that guy is mean. he's got all those attacks, like the one where he kinda shoots those sparks from his finger. and then he can lock on to you and fly off and then come down and smash you. and he's near invincable too. i haven't ever eaven beaten him. i have to either skip it, or have my frind do it. i cant even hit him. that's partially why i like Melee so much better, because Master Hand isn't in it, and Bowser is so much easier.

Uhh...Master hand and his counter part Crazy Hand are both in Melee, along with Giga Bowser, a suped up version of Bowser. Sorry to bust your bubble...

The hardest boss ever is Omega Wepon in Final Fantasy 8. All three characters die in 1 hit to this guy and he can have as much as 1 million health. Luckily though it is optional.

Re: Cheapest Boss
The final boss in Eternal Champions for Genesis is uber hard. Not only do you have to fight him in two rounds, but both rounds he transfroms three different times after being defeated. Not to mention the fact that every time he changes his life bar fills completely back up again.
