Through all of the English reports I've read, Albino Gyoas is the name used as its official one. Its not a descriptive phrase, just an equally simple name, like the Black Scorpion or the Seaweed Monster for example.
However Cam Eion also informed me that the creature also goes by the name of Gear Male, probably because its a pure male Gyoas, though no word on wither that just what the creature is or if it has any kind of significance like the 'leading bull male' in "Reign of Fire", if the latter, then it goes against the continuity of the Heisei films where although female, the Gyoas could easily reproduce on there own without going fully GINO asexual, ALA real life whip tail lizards.
As for Shino, its a new one on me and I'd like to know if you translated the site into English or such?

no, the word was in katakana near a picture.
However, seeing the "official" site, you're right about the Male Gear thing. ANd that seems to pop up alot more.
So, for now, I shall call the albino Gyaos, Gear.
