I saw this game on as site, that can't remember was call, The Game look this like Primla Rage rip off, with giant dinosasurus. I think in one part of it' you get to attack a city.

It's actually not very good - the controls are pretty wacky, the graphics are near 8-bit. The actual dinosaurs look nearly monochrome. It does sort of have a precursor to Primal Rage's gameplay. The Rom works with MAME so you can try it out.
