While everyone is still alive, better CHECK YOUR PROFILES. Many are by no means complete YET.
This is what is needed for a profile:
Place of Origin - (where you came from, either fictional or really live)
Species - (were-critter & what kind; human, kaiju, robot, alien whatever...)
Gender -
Age -
Stature -
Occupation/Place of business - (freeloader, bad guy or where you work)
City affiliation(s) - (Mod, Dark Lord, illegal alien...)
Alliances - (E.D.C.O.L.E., The Council of Death, RMB, League OEOGT, cults, etc.)
Roostville address - (Hedorah Hills, Random Arms Apartments, a boiler room, castle, mansion and where, etc.)
Origin -
Appearance -
Powers -
Additional Background -
First tale appeared in -
It is much easier (and more accurate) if those mentioned in the various tales provide their own backgrounds. There is always chance of error/misinterpretation when taking the often brief passages from the stories and using them.

OOC:
Go ahead and choose your own occupation, place of residence, etc. now that you're here.
Ever since Roostville first started up, you might say we "shanghaied" some members of the board as "extras", writing them in based on everything from avatars to the forums and topics they might be interested in.
"Steve Martin" is another reporter that Obi-Juan (a Catholic priest in Roostville) uses for his avatar. I wrote in Kobayashi from GRA as a crazy local pilot and folks I know like Freddie Friar, Tosha, etc. to fill similar "slots" in Roostville.

Something I've noticed about the character profiles on the Web Site. A lot of them lack personality descriptions, something necessary incase other members are going to write sequences which involves you. My profiles for Hellspawn, Mephistophelian and Desutoroia included that (although I believe the Web Site still using the OUT DATED profiles on those characters. Not the ones I posted recently here EDIT: And I was right, the main page still uses the outdated profiles. I'll PM them to you Raptor. Get them on the Web Site).

I'll try to put something together. I also noticed you had no information on Leviathan, Lord of the Labyrinth. I'll create a profile for that too.

Thanks! I didn't make many further changes/additions to the characters you had created in anticipation of the Lord K DOMINION pages going up. The site itself was somewhat of a "rush job" to begin with and does not have a "blueprint" at this time of how the sections should relate to each other besides the "city" type headings. I beleve the coding running in the background could also use a major clean-up and I probably need a more sophisticated editor. Composer has a problem with cgi-bin scripts so the main page I have to use Front Page with doesn't format like Composer. Playing with tables across differnt editors will also do various things to them. One of these days, I hope to "fine tune" a few things but at least we're on our way to at least getting everything in one place.

Why not? I've made up and introduced plenty... Desutoroia, Khandejifer, Jennifer, Diabo, Hemokin, Death The Soul Reaper, Kronos of the Wises, Matthias of the Dark Sages, Kilokhan, Mephistophelian, Yuri Manda, May Celindeal, Matthew/Mitch Laurence... and possibly a few others.

When making my character, do I make up the "How he got here" thing, or is that written for me. The reason I ask is b/c I don't know much about RV, and I would be kinda lost with trying to come up with a reasonable way he came into RV.

Roostville was a city established onn the new continent of Kaiju-Land/Kaiju Nations, by Brandon Waggle and Clint L. Werner for the study of the bizarre kaiju phenomenom of Japan. From 2001 to 2013, Roostville experienced a rather Golden Age of peace where there were no wars... in 2014 that changed, when Hellspawn and his Todd McFarlane Cult murdered Desutoroia, and leading a bunch of terrorist attacks on Maser City. Hellspawn was revealed to be working for a group of demons known as "The Council of Death" (or Death's Council) and have been fighting them ever since, in the new... Dark Ages of Roostville.
Although, there's still plenty of silly/humour intended Golden Age stories you can participate in, I myself stick to the dark and serious Dark Ages.

Re: CREATING your Roostville character
Speaking of characters, we have been writing in "Steve Martin" as a reporter for the Roostville News Network often showing up at various happenings. If I remember correctly, the inspiration came from Juan's avatar. Juan himself is "cast" as the local Catholic priest.
Having thought about how WHEN THE DUST SETTLED is going to "jive" with THIS IS ROOSTVILLE, note that "Steve Martin" appears in DUST when certain future Roostafarians time travel back to 1954. I don't think Steve is going to be covering serial killers and such in Roostville 60 years later so maybe "Steve" should actually be KYLE MARTIN, his grand-son from G85. How does that sound?
While we're at it, THIS IS ROOSTVILLE can be EVERY Roostville resident's grand opportunity to present their PRE-Roostville/were-Kaiju/non-human, etc. origins/back story; our more "real people" stuff. All too often, we just simply seem to "show up" in our initial story and start kicking butt as if we've been here forever.
The more information and development we have on a character, the easier it is for others to write about them ACCURATELY, be it how they dress or should react to a given situation.
