Does anyone know the genders of any G-monsters? Or any other monsters?

Actually, Mothra Leo is male.

Destoryah is female

Rodan Showa: we had both a male and a female

Bio is Female

Irys... I have no idea. Possibly an it.

Space Godzilla is male.

Megaguirus is female.

Ghidorah is always male (hence why they call him "King").

Hedorah is an it.

Megalon is male.

Gigan is male.

There's a bunch of random kaiju genders...

I guess all the crabs that made her up where female as well. Again, ask Toho, they made her that way. Though...she dose remind me of this one gal I know whenever she had PMS...

Except that the DVD Commentary is just the English dub cast fooling around and isn't at all canon. Besides, I've always held the opinion that Iris was male.

Radon(pet name for female rodan)
Anything referred to as the queen of anything

Genderless:
Legion(referre to in the female tense)
Gyaos
zilla
hedorah
Iris(gyaos mutation but I call her a she because 1: Iris is a girl's name 2: female voice, 3:She's more interesting as a girl 4: female host and would probably mimic her traits)

Actually, for some reason, only the adult stage is a female; the other stages, especially those of the carbs, are unknown.

Anyways, it's safe to asume that most kaiju are male, and therefore we really only need a female list.

Females:

Destoroyah (adult)
Megaguirus (Queen)
Mothra (except for Leo)
Rodan (one of the two from the original film)
Legion (Queen)

Genderlees:

I object to Titanosaurus being a guy monster, despite what the movie may actually say. I've always believed Titanosaurus to be a girl.

There has been some debate on that issue. Remember that just because a person calls a kaiju a "he" doesn't enitely make it a male. For instance, they refered to Mothra as a "he" in GvsM'92, however, I think we're all in agreement (as is Toho) that the '92 Mothra is female. Odd, no?

If something is asexual it lacks sexual organs. It goes through mitosis or it doesn't reproduce at all.
