Godzilla Save the Earth Gallery picture

Hello,

In Godzilla Save the Earth, there is a gallery picture featuring Godzilla, Anguris, and another monster(i think it was Gigan) fighting in an ice arena. It looks like it's from the actual game. There's also a Titanosoraus(sp) in the water walking towards Godzilla. If someone could explain why the Titanosoraus is in the water, thanks.
