Step right up! Show your support for this mechanical dragon! Allow him to show the other monsters his source of power!

It doesn't matter if it's Kiryu Version 1 or 2, just vote for any kind, as long as he is in the next DD Tournament!

Yeah, we might have ended up with Showa Gyaos as champ 'cause everyone voted for whoever they thought wouldn't get any votes!

After the results are tallied, maybe we could start a thread about why folks voted for who they did. A few comments can be found in these "campaign" threads but I just find the balloting process "interesting" myself, actually using a different tack for my selections than I did last year. Of course, the new "one per species" rule could very well affect who/what all will be competing this year but who gets how many votes now is an interesting side bar to the tourney IMO.

Sounds like a good idea to me, though most of my reasons would probobly be "he is teh l33t monstur @nd has teh powrz".

I think I'm the only one who voted for Kiryu V1.

He just impressed me more than V2 did in the combat area, and not because of the AZC.

Maybe it's because of the pilot?

BTW, that brings up one of my questions for the tournament... With mechs like Kiryu, who do we assume is piloting it? Akane, Yoshito, the other guy(can't remember his name right now...) or the average toho pilot?

I wish I would've voted for V.1 now, I would've liked to have seen him get in. Like Aragorn, I liked him a lot better, he seemed more fluent with physical combat, and the AZC was still wicked.

I voted for him to get in ^^ I think it was v2, but I don't exactly remember. I just know I put Kiryu in my list.
