• News - Both Ken Satsuma and Haruo Nakajima, the two actors who have most often been inside the G-suit, will be present at G-CON '96. Gamera will be released in a dubbed format in the US by A. D. Vision. Dark Horse comics hires Bob Eggleton and Chris Scalf to do cover work for their Godzilla series and is also rumored to be approaching Toho for permission to use King Ghidorah in an upcoming storyline. The new Mothra film will be released in Japan on December 14th. Godzilla vs Destoroyah is reported doing a better box office than Godzilla vs Space Godzilla, but not so well as Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla 2. A synopsis of the upcoming Gamera 2 film is given.

• Godzilla vs Destroyah Reports and Reviews - Reaction to the 'last' Godzilla film by many of G-FAN's chief contributors. • Inside story: the Americanization of Godzilla 1985 - by David Kalat - An in-depth look at the changes made to the Japanese film by New World Pictures, and how Raymond Burr prevented the film from becoming a parody of its Japanese counterpart. Also discussed is the Dr. Pepper tie-ins.

• Kaiju-go - More conversational Japanese for the monster movie fan.

• The Earth in Balance - translated by Akiko Ono - A reproduction of a hilarious manga game featuring all manner of Godzilla lore, using the Futurians and their time machine as the focus for many hilarious alterations to the Toho universe. The goal is to roll the dice in a manner which will exactly repeat the events of Godzilla vs King Ghidora.

• Godzilla Tails - Another Rex Summeral adventure from the pen of Skip Peel, 'Of Mechanikong and Mogera', detailing just what the JSDF was doing during Terror of Mechagodzilla, namely using the salvaged Mogera to thwart a criminal gang holding the Prime Minister hostage with the salvaged Mechanikong.

• The Godzilla Report - The new limited edition Bandai 'Super Real Godzilla Series' is released, featuring new deccos for several old Bandai figures. Also a warning against bootleg Meltdown Godzilla theatrical exclusive figures.

• Trendmasters Report, the Coming of Space Godzilla - by C. L. Werner - A report on the release of the first batch of Trendmasters' Godzilla Wars figures.

• Godzilla vs Destroyah Original Soundtrack - reviewed by Robert A. Moore - The latest Godzilla soundtrack CD from Japan.

• Godzilla Exhibition in Ariake Coliseum - by Ed Godziszewski - A fan's report of the amazing Godzilla display, which included the 14' cybot Godzilla built for Godzilla 1985. Many fascinating pictures accompany the report.
